Brudy, Esq., Pittsburgh-based oil and gas professional, has been named guest lecturer at the Educational Development School of Real Estate, to introduce realtors to Pennsylvania law as it relates to Marcellus Shale drilling in what is becoming the Natural Gas Age. Brudy & Associates, will give periodic lectures in the accredited Realtor Continuing Education program, which is designed to acquaint realtors with a suddenly new aspect of their business in Western Pennsylvania -- the complexities of buying, selling and leasing real estate in natural gas drilling.
